When you use the quote request form or the project configurator, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), the content of your message and the confirmation of your consent.
This data is used only to answer your contact or quote request. The processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box provided before sending the form.
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your data is intended for INGECA TARGET. Messages sent through the form or the configurator go through the Formspree service, which forwards them to us by email. This provider may process data outside the European Union. Its privacy policy can be read at formspree.io. We do not sell or rent your data.
This site does not set any advertising or audience-measurement cookies. To display correctly, however, it loads some resources from third-party servers: fonts (Google Fonts) and some product images hosted by the manufacturer. When these items are displayed, your IP address may be sent to these third parties.
A WhatsApp button is available on the site. It sets no cookies and transmits no data until you click. If you choose to write on WhatsApp, you are redirected to that service, which then processes your phone number and your messages under its own terms. We use these exchanges only to answer your request.
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, contact us by phone, by email or by post at the address above.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
This policy may be changed to reflect changes to the site or to the regulations. The online version is the version in force.
